Terms And Conditions For Exchange And Return Policy

You have a day to make an exchange after delivery. You must send back or request for exchange and postmark your exchange packages within a day after the received date. No request for exchange made after the receive date will be accepted.
You can only exchange items that are unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached. The following items cannot be exchanged: inner wears (i.e bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, boxers, bras etc) jewelry, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags,). We cannot offer exchange on cosmetics if the hygienic seal has been broken. We gladly accept returns within a day of receipt for most items in new condition.
